ADEC Innovations Names Matthew Clarke as Managing Director of Workforce Solutions

While at Transcosmos, Mr. Clarke established and managed operations in a number of nearshore and offshore locations, including long term postings to the Philippines and Hungary. Previously, he served in various delivery capacities for outsourcing services.
