Anthony is North America’s General Manager and Head of Global Business Solutions for On-shore. He leads On-shore BPO Operations, Healthcare Information and Support Services, Education online, and Language Assessment and Training, and assists in managing the Environmental Assessment Tool Envirosite.
Anthony also represents ADEC Innovations accredited non-profit organization at the UN and has a history of enhancing customer experiences, leading diverse teams, and successfully managing change during periods of rapid growth.
With extensive experience in multinational and local corporations, Anthony specializes in Business Process Outsourcing, Sustainability, Education, Healthcare, and IT. He has a proven track record in Internal Audit, sales management, and global expansion, building strong institutional relationships that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Beyond work, Anthony enjoys playing golf, and basketball and is a Buffalo Bills fan. He loves exploring different culinary experiences and traveling with the family.
